General Question
When Will My Order Ship?
Typically, orders made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will start processing on Monday.
Orders are handled promptly, subject to item availability and payment confirmation. Given the limited nature of our collections, we anticipate a significant volume of orders. An email will be sent to you with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Some items may require extended processing times, which will be indicated on the product and cart pages.
Can I Change/Cancel Order?
Due to the high volume of orders, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any changes to the items in your order once it has been submitted. This policy applies to modifications, cancellations, and changes to the delivery address.
If you wish to include an additional item, kindly submit a separate order for that item.
We are unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. If you have placed an order in error, you can return your order once received.
Returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Where Can I Buy DeepInDemand
DeepInDemand is exclusive to deepindemand.com .
Any Other distribution of deepindemand products or art are violations of of copyright laws.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
During peak demand periods, there is a possibility that your order could be canceled if the item is out of stock. In the event of a cancellation, all payments will be refunded automatically. We suggest that you join our waiting list for the item that is currently sold out.
To protect your security, we implement extra measures to verify your order details. If you receive a notification of cancellation, please reach out to d.i.d@deepindemand.com for further assistance.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
When You Get A New Collection Restock?
Seasonal drops significantly affect restock availability, making exact restocks extremely uncommon. Nevertheless, new seasonal releases are expected to occur at least biannually.

What’s The Shipping Policy?
Orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Standard Shipping - 5 to 8 business days: $5
Expedited Shipping - 1 to 3 business days: $20
Overnight Shipping - Order by 1 pm PST. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days: $29
Where Is My Oder?
Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 14 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order with the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on deepindemand.com
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments with a unique tracking number for each package
What Should I do if my order is lost or stolen?
If your order was not insured with Route Protection, please email deepindemand.com for assistance.
Can You Ship To A PO Box Or APO/FPO?
Please select Standard Shipping when shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO, U.S. Territory, Alaska, or Hawaii. Delivery times will vary, as these shipments may require additional transit time.
Returns
What Is Our Return Policy?
If you don't love your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the date of delivery. Domestic returns are subject to an $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
International return shipping fees vary by location.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or store credit.
Things purchased with store credit is eligible for return or any more store credits.
How To Start A Return?

Can I Make An Exchange?
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to exchange and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
Where Is My Refund/Return?
Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
Do You Ship International ?
As of now, the only international shipping we’re able to do is to Canada.
